Workplace wellbeing in Bristol that gets personal.
A focused 12-week employee health coaching pilot for Bristol organisations that want practical support people can use—and clear evidence for the next decision.
Built around the realities of your Bristol workforce.
Workforces are rarely short of wellbeing information. The harder problem is helping people turn good intentions into realistic action while managing work, family, stress, sleep, energy, pain and competing priorities.
Strealth combines local employer support with regular, confidential phone or video coaching. That makes the programme suitable for onsite, hybrid and distributed employees without requiring everyone to be in the same place at the same time.
Whole-person support, not another generic wellbeing portal.
Test the approach before committing more widely.
Understand the need
Discuss workforce pressures, existing support, the target group and the decision the pilot needs to inform.
Prepare the pilot
Agree enrolment, employee communications, confidentiality, baseline measures and reporting boundaries.
Coach employees
Provide private onboarding and weekly conversations focused on realistic, personally relevant action.
Review the evidence
Assess reach, participation, experience and agreed indicators before deciding whether to continue or adapt.
A delivery model that adapts to the workforce.
The same wellbeing offer will not suit every organisation. The pilot is designed around the working pattern, access needs and priorities of the people taking part.
Small and growing businesses
Introduce structured support without committing immediately to a large permanent programme.
Hospitality and operational teams
Plan access around shifts and working patterns rather than relying on fixed office-based sessions.
Professional and hybrid teams
Use private remote coaching alongside local leadership contact and launch support.
Physically demanding workplaces
Shape coaching around recovery, energy, movement and sustainable health behaviours within appropriate scope.
Give employees privacy and leaders useful evidence.

Evidence, not guarantees
Financial scenarios support planning; actual results must be measured against the employer’s agreed baseline.
Before you scope a pilot.
Do you visit workplaces in Bristol?
Yes. Strealth can provide local consultation, planning, launch support and agreed workplace activity in Bristol. Individual coaching can then take place privately by phone or video.
Can you support employees working from home?
Yes. The coaching model is designed for onsite, hybrid and remote employees, allowing each person to access support without travelling to a fixed venue every week.
Does the programme replace occupational health or clinical care?
No. Strealth provides health coaching and practical behaviour-change support. It complements existing benefits and clinical services, with appropriate signposting when an employee’s needs fall outside coaching scope.
Do you already have proven workplace pilot results?
Not yet. Strealth has established personal coaching experience, but employer-pilot results will only be reported after they have been measured. The first pilot begins with an agreed baseline and evaluation plan.
