Private onboarding
A supportive starting conversation about priorities, challenges and readiness to change.
Private, practical support that helps employees make achievable changes across health, energy and everyday wellbeing—with a real person alongside them.
Wellbeing becomes easier to act on when someone listens first. Each employee begins with a confidential conversation about their health, routines, pressures and priorities. They choose a meaningful direction and work with their coach on small actions that fit their circumstances.
The service is not a fixed course. One person may focus on sleep and energy; another may need support with movement, nutrition, stress or confidence. The coaching adapts as their working and personal life changes.

Improve recovery routines and understand how workload, stress and habits affect energy.
Health is influenced by relationships, belonging and the support available around a person. Coaching can help employees notice isolation, strengthen helpful connections and identify appropriate support.
Health coaching is not therapy, diagnosis or emergency support. Clear boundaries protect employees and employers, with responsible signposting to clinical, occupational-health or specialist services when needed.
“The value is not simply giving employees more information. It is helping each person turn the right information into action they can sustain.”
The employer receives only the data agreed before launch, such as enrolment, attendance, completion, usefulness and anonymised aggregated themes. Personal coaching content and individual health details remain confidential.
