Strealth Strategic Health Coaching, trading through the Strealth Wellbeing service, is responsible for deciding how personal information collected through this website is used.

Information we collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:
- your name, work email, telephone number, organisation and job role;
- information you choose to include in an enquiry about your workforce or wellbeing needs;
- the assumptions you enter into the ROI calculator where they are submitted with a form;
- your communication and marketing preferences;
- technical and usage information if you consent to optional analytics; and
- basic server-security information such as IP address, browser type and access time in hosting logs.
Please avoid including confidential employee information or detailed medical information in a general website enquiry.

Health information
Health information is especially sensitive. A general website enquiry is not intended for clinical or emergency information. Where health information is needed to deliver a coaching programme, Strealth will provide appropriate programme information, establish a valid condition for processing and apply additional confidentiality and access controls.
Who receives the information?
We share information only where necessary with service providers supporting the website and business operations. These may include 123 Reg and its infrastructure providers for hosting, HubSpot for enquiry forms and contact management, email and communications providers, professional advisers, and Google Analytics if you consent and analytics is activated.
Service providers act under appropriate terms and may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we use or rely on the transfer safeguards required by UK data-protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose collected, including legal, accounting and safeguarding requirements. Enquiry records that do not lead to a client relationship are normally reviewed and deleted within 24 months. Contract and financial records may be retained for longer where legally required. Marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe or they are no longer useful and accurate.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to be informed, obtain a copy, correct information, ask for deletion or restriction, object to processing, receive portable information and withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
